30-Day Performance Guarantee
We love the Axe. And we think you will too. That's why we're offering a 30-Day return policy. Hold it, take it to batting practice, swing it in games - and if you are not 100% satisfied, we'll buy it back from you. Simple as that.
The 30-Day Performance Guarantee is available to customers who purchase from axebat.com. Refunds will match the price of the product, excluding tax & shipping or the MSRP of the product, whichever is lower. The guarantee is limited to only one person per household, per model. Refunds will only be given via the method of payment used on axebat.com. Products must be in good condition. Any fraudulent returns made will be prosecuted to the fullest extent.
Note: Save your receipt as proof of purchase. It is required to return a defective bat. Bats returned without proof of purchase may not fall under the 30-day performance guarantee.
Step 1: Fill out the form to the right to submit a Return Claim Request (within 30 days of purchase)
Step 2: A Return Authorization Form and an RA# will be emailed to you. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RETURN THE BAT UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
Step 3: Ship the bat and a copy of your original Proof of Purchase with the Return Authorization Form. Postage and all shipping (and insurance costs, if desired) shall be paid by the customer. Shipping instructions will be on the Return Authorization Form.
Step 4: If Baden agrees that the bat or product falls under the 30-day performance guarantee, we will either send out the bat requested for exchange or will refund payment directly to your credit card once the bat has been returned.
*Please note: You must save your original receipt from axebat.com as proof of purchase. It is required to return the bat. Third party receipts, such as PayPal, Paypoint, etc. will not be accepted. Products returned without proof of purchase may not fall under the 30-day performance guarantee.
